This time we have come up with a completely NEW SYSTEM along with Tope and Keith
in order to MAKE YOU GET THE MOST OUT OF THIS TWO-DAY TRAINING.

What we mean by ’NEW SYSTEM’:

• There will be TWO teachers teaching in TWO separate rooms at the same time
• The teachers have to put TWICE as much energy into the classes since they have to teach CONTINUOUSLY on both days, but they take on the challenge!
• Each and every participant gains MORE KNOWLEDGE and has MORE CHANCE
  TO PRACTICE
• We wish to maximise your chances of GETTING THE MOST out of this training.

Classes will be held in two separate rooms at the same time.
Teachers will aim to make the training effective at both theoretical and practical levels.
This will serve both YOU and your COLLEAGUES well.

And the reason why we are doing so is to help YOU EXPLOIT THE POTENTIAL IN YOUR TEAM in the future, as well as to make you benefit the most from the training.

TOPE’S classes will be located in the main room where other notable events will
also take place such as the Sunday opening ceremony, the Monday closing event and the Sunday Bonus and Qualatex Award Ceremony.

Tope’s themes include:

• Pastel Organic Decor
• Elegant Decor
• Graduation Season
• Baby Gender

KEITH’s classes will be located in the small room not because
his classes are not that engaging but because Tope will be creating larger decorations
than Keith and the main room will provide stage for the award ceremony.

Keith’s themes include:

• everything involving Disney - Baby Disney designs
• both plain and licensed birthday designs and decorations

After you have completed the registration form, we will send a confirmation stating WHOSE classes You (and your team) will attend on each day.
If you have any requests regarding whom (any of our partner companies) you want to spend the training with, we will, of course, take that into consideration as well. :)

However, we have a request to make:
Let’s respect the teachers by not going from one room to the other but rather working Sunday through with Tope and doing the same on Monday with Keith, or the other way round.

Since the guys are repeating what they had taught the previous day
to make you and your team learn more and get a better understanding of the techniques, it’s not a big thing to give 100% of your attention to them
and not disturb their classes by moving in and out of the rooms. :)

There are 8 reasons why we think that this year’s MasterClass will be THE best MasterClass ever :)

1. The place of the event is the beautiful Aquaworld Resort Hotel where you can eat delicious food
2. Two great teachers right from England: the 'brand new' Tope and the 'good old' Keith
3. Two separate rooms with classes held at the same time
4. The two-day MasterClass includes a Bonus and Qualatex Award Ceremony because we think that it’s highly important to celebrate all successes
5. We are more than sure that what you learn during the two days will add up to your achievements this year

7. The number of participants is limited to 80
8. 40-40 people can attend each room.

Let us describe to you in great terms what can be expected at this year’s MasterClass held two weeks from now! Sunday will be a longer day because of the Award Ceremony, however in return, we will start a little later on Monday and finish a little earlier :)

Sunday
Registration will take place between 8.00am and 8.45am.
Here we welcome you to join us for delicious coffee and tea-biscuits.

At 8.45am there will be a short opening speech in the main room.
If on Sunday you are assigned to Tope’s classes, you will stay in the main room
and classes will start at 9am. The team of Keith will go to the smaller room along with me and classes will start at 9am the same way.

At around 10.30am there will be a short break and at 11am the second morning session will start, everyone will stay in the same room and will spend the day with the same teacher.

At 12.30pm we will have lunch together. If the weather is nice, we can dine outdoors on the terrace.

At 14.00pm we will celebrate on stage our wholesale partners that had the most outstanding results the previous year, this is what the Bonus or Qualatex Award Ceremony is about.

At 15.00pm we will go on with the classes.

At 16.30pm we will take a 30-minute-break.

The first day will end at 18.00pm.

Monday
participants will arrive at 8.30am and classes will start at 9am:
please consider taking the classes of the other teacher.

At around 10.30am there will be a short 30-minute-break.

Between 11.00am and 12.30pm the second morning session will take place.

After that we will have lunch from 12.30pm to 14.00pm.

The afternoon sessions will start at 14.00 pm.

Between 15.00pm and 15.30pm there will be a short break.

The second day will end at 16.30pm.
